PPC / Marketing — real Amazon Ads write actions (separate governance, not in the matrix above): ppc_bid, ppc_target_bid, ppc_budget, ppc_keyword_pause/resume, ppc_target_pause, ppc_placement_raise, ppc_keyword_negate_state, ppc_campaign_negate_state, ppc_keyword_harvest, ppc_product_target_create, ppc_auto_execute (marketing_exec.py). These are NOT bot-autonomous chat tools — Peppa's pipeline only invokes them after a human clicks Approve on ComDesk. Listed for completeness; merging them into the toggle matrix above would misrepresent a human-approved action as something a bot decides to do on its own.
Available but not yet wired to any bot: Google Drive/Sheets/Docs/Gmail (n8n-only today), Keepa API, ScraperAPI, ClickUp direct API, Amazon SP-API (order tracking), PLR-X BigQuery reader (comdesk-plrx project), AWS Marketing Stream. Real credentials exist; no bot has a tool wrapper for any of these yet, so there's nothing to toggle until one gets built.
